Tracy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) who has worked in public schools and private settings. Tracy founded Harrison Behavioral Consulting, which focuses on teaching behavioral science to parents, educators, and ABA centers. Additionally, she is an Adjunct Professor at Bay Path University in the Applied Behavior Analysis Program.

Tracy resides in Indiana with her husband and two young boys, who keep her busy! Her passion is to help fellow parents through this crazy journey, and she is excited to be a part of the Empact Team!
